In the framework of the project Breaking Barriers, Alestis has signed a collaboration agreement with Randstad Foundation with the aim of promoting and normalizing disability in the company.
On last June 6, a conference led by the Foundation was held in Puerto Real; this journey served as a meeting point for tutors and members of the support units of the two Cadiz plants to answer questions and share action guidelines and practical cases for standardization of diversity in the Organization.
There are plans to hold similar journeys in Seville In the month of September.
