Aciturri Aeronáutica has completed today the buy-out of Alestis Aerospace through the acquisition of the 24.05% of the shareholding which the Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) held in the Company. The transaction is formalized under the terms and deadlines foreseen in the Shareholders' Agreement subscribed by SEPI and Aciturri in 2019, after the acquisition by Aciturri of 75.95% of Alestis Aerospace.

Mr. Ginés Clemente Ortiz, Aciturri's Executive Chairman, has expressed his gratitude to Ms. Belén Gualda, SEPI's President, and to the whole team of the state-owned enterprise "for their support, hard work and involvement during this stage of the project, aspects which show the Society's commitment with the Spanish aerospace industry".

Alestis Aerospace will maintain its current team and facilities in Cádiz (Puerto Real and Puerto de Santa María), Seville, Getafe, Vitoria and Brazil, in order to continue being part of Aciturri's aerostructure business.
