Ethical code
The backbone of our E&C Management System is built on the basis of the Code of Ethics. The Code includes the mission, vision and values that identify us as a company and that act as a link between all of us who are part of Alestis.

The Code of Ethics is a tool to guide our behavior, facilitating lines of action that will guide us in making decisions towards the achievement of the objectives that we propose as a company.

Supplier Code of Conduct
For our suppliers we have published a Supplier Code of Conduct, which extends the basic standards of environmental, social and governance (ESG) conduct to our supply chain, allowing us all to share a similar ethical and compliance framework.

E&C Channel
As a result of the firm commitment that ALESTIS assumes to ethics and compliance, the company makes this E&C Channel available to all its members and third parties with which it is related.
Through the E&C Channel, doubts, concerns and questions related to ethics in the organization can be raised, as well as communicate, confidentially and securely, any irregular conduct, illegal acts or contrary to the norm.
The ultimate factor for our company's success rests with each of us individually. So every time we raise a question or concern, and when we bring a possible noncompliance to the attention of the company, we are creating an opportunity to improve.
ALESTIS guarantees the absence of reprisals against whoever makes the communication in good faith, providing the information honestly, under the rational belief that the facts or indications are true.
