As a part of Alestis´ accountability and transparency with all our stakeholders in particular and society at large we release our first Sustainability Report, which presents the main results of the Company's economic activity, information on social performance and environmental, as well as ethical and business commitments during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2019, according to the international standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This Report on the Non-Financial Information Statements involves the consolidation of the data provided by the different Alestis work centres in Spain and Brazil and was presented to the Board of Directors at the meeting held on March 26, 2020, and verified externally by an independent third party (AENOR).
Throughout this extensive document, Alestis' most important information is reviewed in detail, with the main figures relating to Products, Customers and the Supply Chain. In the specific section on Employees, all measures and actions related to professional development, conciliation, equality, safety and health are explained, followed by the section dedicated to Environmental Management, with information on consumption, carbon footprint, waste and other environmental issues. Finally, the Company's commitment to the environment is highlighted, with mention of the initiatives developed in the field of social action, and everything related to the fight against corruption and bribery. Alestis Aerospace 2019 Sustainability Report is included in the consolidated Non-Financial Statements of the parent company Aciturri Aeronáutica SLU and therefore, incorporated, as an independent block, in the Group Report.
