These acts should be carried out respecting the internal norms defined to that effect and have to be carried out transparently and allows keeping the general interest in mind.

Actions carried out:
From November 23-27, 2015, Alestis carried out a foodbank campaign called “Operation Kiko”, in association with the national Foodbank Association, in all of its installations (Seville, Cadiz, Getafe and Vitoria).
Fair Trade Baskets
During the 2015 Christmas season, Alestis started up the “2nd Christmas Contest” in which Alestis employees and their families were invited to participate. Through the prize, Fair Trade Baskets, containing quality products, the majority of which were ecological, we contributed to improving the living conditions of families and farming communities in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
On March 18, 2016, Alestis signed an agreement with the Project Man foundations: CES in Seville, CES in Jerez and Jeiki in Vitoria, in which Alestis Aerospace will be responsible for the expenses of rehabilitating and reinsertion in society of a person involved in the Project Man project for an entire year.
Mother Courage/Solidarity Impact
The environmental area, which forms part of the Excellence System and Global Transformation Department, works on the development of the commitment for the protection of the environment through a plan based on the Environmental Policy of the Company. This commitment has generated several collaborations with different NGOs in the areas of waste removal, which act directly as authorized waste removal managers or an intermediaries, establishing contracts with other authorized managers. The benefits obtained from carrying out these different works are donated to humanitarian projects. Currently, Alestis collaborates with Mother Courage and Solidarity Impact. One of the objectives is to extend these types of initiatives to the rest of the Alestis work centres.
Common Space Contest
On April 11, 2016, Alestis launched the “Common Space” contest, the benefits of which will go to a specific charity selected among the different proposals made by employees of the company. The charity will receive a determined economic quantity.
II Edition of the Common Space Contest
On June 12, 2017, Alestis launches the 2nd edition of the Common Space contest. In this edition, two non-profit entities were selected by all employees of the Company to provide them with the economic amount referred to in the contest.
