The second event of the STARS Programme will be held in April and May. As you know, this is our Recognition System in which your proposals for improvements and solutions together with those of your team are the true protagonists.
The STARS Programme, as part of the AMES strategy, seeks to recognize the achievements of the teams that make up the Company, thus fulfilling the objective of Alestis to foster the development of people and increase their motivation. With this programme, we work on continuous improvement, focusing on customer orientation and achieving results in Alestis. The deadlines for presenting ideas, projects and proposals for improvement, as well as the date of the recognition events, will soon be published”.

Present your proposals to your AMES coordinator or your HR manager. Recognition in each workplace will be performed by level from L1 to L4. Only the proposals belonging to the same level will compete with each other, except in central offices, where proposals from different areas will compete with each other.
