Essential Communication Objectives Seminar 2016
Complying with the main objective of the Seminar, Javier Díaz Gil was in charge of presenting and explaining the 23 objectives included in Essentials 2016 and which will set the stage in the Financial, Process/Product, Clients and People areas. To finish off, this year’s ten fundamental objectives for the company we gone over. These objectives are expected to get everyone on the same page and oil the wheels to keep growing and consolidating the company. Due to their relevance and weight, we highlight the following:
- Improve the economic results set in the OP
- Achieve the objective recurrent cost in the MSN100/200 A350 XWB
- Comply with the Production and Spare Parts Plan outlined in the OP2016
Backing up the theme of the Seminar, the special guest was Nacho Lombo, Head Test Pilot of ADS, a division of Military Aircrafts, who, as the individual responsible for delivery of the airplane to the Client, shared his experiences including a different vision to what we are accustomed to hearing about facing challenges and overcoming them successfully.
