Project Man and Alestis together for socio-laboral reinsertion
Last Friday, March 18 our company signed a collaboration agreement with Project Man Foundation: CES Seville, CES Jerez and Jeiki Vitoria through which Alestis Aerospace takes over the efforts of rehabilitation and socio-laboral reinsertion of someone chosen from one of the Project Man programmes, for an entire year.
With the goal being that Alestis employees might benefit from the services offered by the Foundation, people who are directly linked to Alestis, either as workers or as up to a second-degree blood relative of an employee will have preference in obtaining the programme’s grant, always keeping in mind the selection criteria established by Project Man.
Alestis Aerospace’s economic contribution will be donated exclusively to cover the costs of the chosen person, in agreement with the Foundation’s set goals, which are to be integral entities integrated in society dealing with social inclusion, as well as training, prevention, and treatment in the field of additions.
Project Man has been offering solutions to treatment and rehabilitation problems for more than 30 years through their own intervention method centered on the identification of the causes which lead people to addiction. It currently has a total of 27 centres throughout Spain where they help more than 16,600 people.
The signing of this agreement represents a mutual commitment to develop initiatives which guarantee social improvements to the people in our community, as well as the cooperation in all types of activities aimed at the prevention, information and eradication of drug addiction.
